Our Returns Policy

If you have received something from us and it is not suitable, faulty or you have changed your mind, please return it to us in it’s original condition within 14 days and we will issue you with a refund or replacement goods. If you are returning an item because it is not suitable, it must be unused and in the same condition in which we sent it to you. Please ensure it is adequately packaged, if the item should be damaged in transit because it has not been suitably packaged we will be unable to give you a refund. You cannot under any circumstances return bespoke boxes or bags, when you have approved the artwork To return an item To return an item, simply call us on 01304 813337 or email us at sales@giftbagshop.co.uk and inform us that you wish to return an item (please have your order number- if you have ordered over the phone you will not have an order number) Then simply post it back to us, you will be issued a refund or replacement once we have received your returned item. Please note if the item you return to us is lost in the post before it reaches us we will be unable to offer you any compensation, so please ensure you obtain suitable postal insurance
