Although we are dispatching 1st class orders within 3 days, Royal Mail are very behind with their deliveries. Delays are beyond our control I am afraid. Our couriers DPD and DHL have now informed us that Next Day Deliveries can no longer be guaranteed due to the volume of on-line orders.

We apologise but this is out of our control. Your order of course will arrive faster than Royal Mail 1^st class but we cannot refund any Next Day Delivery charges.
