United Kingdom & Channel Islands

Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may require additional days and extra postage. We will of course, contact you, prior to sending.

Republic of Ireland ROI

International - depending upon weight, we may have to ask for additional delivery costs.

Next Day Orders

Express orders placed before 02:00pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day, and orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following working day.

For Saturday delivery you must place your order before 02:00pm on Friday and choose one of our Saturday delivery options.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us please return it to us in its original condition and we shall refund you for the cost of the goods (we regret postage costs cannot be refunded). Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Personalised items or items which have been made to order cannot be returned. All refunds are given at our discretion and each case will be looked at individually.

IMPORTANT:  Much of what we sell is for end user packaging. When we dispatch our products, we very carefully package them as we know what damage can occur in transit. It is essential that you package all items correctly when returning them to us, as we cannot refund damaged items. Pay particular attention to the corners of boxes please.

Restocking Charges

Where we have sent out large items in multiple boxes, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to returns and our initial delivery costs to you, for the non-returnable credit card charges, we incur, packaging and the restocking of the product.

Late Deliveries

If an order arrives late due to events out of our control, such as strikes, closures, extreme weather conditions, we are unable to refund any postage costs on either delivery or returns.

If you have chosen one of our Express shipping options, and you do not receive your delivery on the requested date (excluding adverse weather conditions, strikes, blockades, Covid or natural disasters) GiftBagShop will refund the difference between the cost of next day delivery and normal 1st class postage. This excludes any international or non UK mainland shipments.
