5. In the event that you don't receive an order confirmation email within an hour, please contact us, as it may be that there has been an error processing your order.
6. You are responsible for providing accurate address and we accept no liability for non-delivery if the details you provide are incorrect.
7. If a parcel is remains undelivered after attempts to deliver it have been unsuccessful (calling cards have been left, the order is not collected from a local pickup point), then the parcel will be returned to us and you will be charged for the cost of transit.
8. Payment will be debited from your credit/debit card at the point of purchase. Payments are processed using the Sage Pay secure payments system. Your card details are stored at Sage Pay and not on our servers.
9. No change can be made to the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
10. Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date. Orders cancelled after this time may still be shipped.
11. We may display an image on our site of any customised products.
12. International deliveries are priced for parcels up to 10kg. If your parcel is over this weight we may contact you to take additional payment for the delivery of you order. We are unable to supply helium to addresses outside of mainland UK, if your country is not available in our shipping options please email us your shopping cart and we will contact you with a cost for delivery to you.
